A system that avoids heat dispersion and allows its use by circulating it at high temperature under the floor, with subsequent recirculation inside the oven through the phenomenon of convection.
Thanks to the Recycling Heating System, the floor temperature is constant and uniform even in areas far from the flame, combustion is adjustable and consumption is very low. The air quality on emissions from VALORIANI VERACE is better than normal ovens on the market and therefore more easily compatible with the strict legislation on the matter.
